Geographic Restrictions

Account Registration & Verification

KYC & Identity Verification

- Valid passport photo page
- Driver's licence (government-issued, Bangladesh)

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. nb8800 does not impose a standard maximum single deposit limit, although individual payment providers including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket enforce their own per-transaction and daily limits which apply independently of nb8800's policies.
Deposits are credited to your nb8800 balance in real time or within a maximum of 30 minutes during normal operating hours. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within this window, you must contact support with your transaction reference number.

nb8800 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party sources will be returned and the associated account reviewed.
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method supporting outbound transfers. Where this is not possible, nb8800 may request that you verify an alternative method in your name.
Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 24 hours from the time the request is approved. Approval may take up to 3 business days where KYC verification is pending or where the withdrawal triggers additional security checks.
nb8800 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether KYC was previously completed. Requests for large withdrawals — defined at nb8800's sole discretion — may be subject to enhanced review procedures and may be paid in instalments.
Withdrawals of Bonus funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement being satisfied in full prior to the withdrawal request. Attempting to withdraw Bonus funds before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the Bonus being forfeited.
Bonuses & Promotions
nb8800 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the individual offer.
General Bonus Terms
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the following conditions apply to all nb8800 bonuses:
- Bonuses are available to verified account holders aged 18 and above only. nb8800 reserves the right to restrict bonus availability based on account status, deposit history, or geographic location.
- Each eligible player may claim each promotional offer once only, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.
- Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual offer terms. Where not stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the offer terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings not meeting the wagering requirement within the specified period will expire and be removed from the account balance without notice.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain jackpot slots, and specific game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the individual offer terms or in the Bonus FAQ section of the platform.
- nb8800 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Any such action will not affect bonuses already accepted by eligible players in good faith prior to the withdrawal of the offer.
- Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirement, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other consideration.
Welcome Bonus
New account holders who make their first qualifying deposit of ৳500 or more may be eligible for the nb8800 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement as stated in the current offer terms displayed in the promotions section at the time of deposit. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account holder. Accounts found to have claimed the welcome bonus more than once will be subject to bonus forfeiture and account review.
Seasonal & Recurring Promotions

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nb8800. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities.
Prohibited Activities
- Registering or operating more than one nb8800 account, whether in the same name or under a different identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account management process.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with nb8800 games, the cashier, or any other platform feature in a manner not intended for human users.

- Depositing, transferring, or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or financing any unlawful activity.
- Accessing nb8800 on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party, including managing a third party's account or placing wagers with a third party's funds.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing nb8800 staff, other players, or any individual associated with the platform through any communication channel.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where nb8800 determines, in its sole discretion, that an account holder has engaged in prohibited conduct, nb8800 may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice:
- Immediately suspend or permanently close the account
- Void all or part of the account balance, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds
- Recover from the account any losses or costs incurred by nb8800 as a result of the prohibited conduct
- Share information about the account holder with other gaming operators, fraud prevention databases, and relevant law enforcement authorities
- Pursue civil or criminal legal proceedings where the value of the loss or the nature of the conduct warrants it
Account Suspension & Closure
Both nb8800 and the account holder may initiate account closure under the circumstances described below. The following terms govern the suspension and closure process.
Closure by nb8800
nb8800 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request processed through nb8800's responsible gaming programme
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2
- Extended account inactivity (defined as no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months)
Where an account is closed by nb8800 due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, the real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method after deducting any outstanding liabilities.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request to close your nb8800 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before processing a closure request, nb8800 will ask you to confirm your identity and will check for any pending transactions, active bonus wagering requirements, or outstanding verification requirements.
Where a closure is requested under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme, nb8800 will process the request immediately and the account will be closed for the duration specified. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the exclusion period has expired, and no exceptions will be made regardless of the circumstances presented.
Upon voluntary closure where no breach has occurred, your real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any applicable KYC checks. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nb8800 excludes all liability for:
- Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use nb8800, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether nb8800 had been advised of the possibility of such losses.
- Technical interruptions, server downtime, network failures, or connectivity issues affecting access to the platform or the outcome of games in progress at the time of an interruption.
